The interviews with 2nd year PhD candiates are scheduled for September 7-14, 2026.
The meetings can be held via the internet, the platform is to be chosen by the Chairman of the Council.

Deadline for submitting documents to the AST Office is July 15, 2026 (the reports need to be accepted by PhD School Director).
Deadline for sending documents for the Comittee is August 15, 2026.

Documents to be presented (except for the short presentation) shall be upload into the folders prepared for each PhD candidate separately, the links will be sent to each PhD candidate up to July 31st, 2026.
Midterm evaluation schedule will be published up to August 15th, 2026.
The PhD candidate's supervisors are not allowed to participate in the midterm evaluation meetings.
