Mid-term evaluation 2026

The interviews with 2nd year PhD students will take place in September 7-11, 2026.

The meetings can be held via the internet, the platform is to be chosen by the Chairman of the Council.

Deadline for submitting documents to the AST Office is July 15, 2026.

Deadline for sending documents for the Comittee is August 15, 2026. 

The documents will be sent to the members of the council after August 21st, 2026.

Documents to be presented (except for the short presentation) shall be upload into the folders prepared for each PhD candidate separately.  The files can be deleted by secretary only.

Midterm evaluation schedule will be published up to August 15th, 2026.

The PhD candidate’s supervisors are not allowed to participate in the midterm evaluation meetings.
